The Administration Council keeps the management of the society supervised through regular interaction of its members with the Australpharma management team and frequent Board Meetings, aiming to assess the business evolution and discuss matters relevant to the life of the society, as well as the development of its business.

The Executive Commission is made up of the directors of each area: business, management consulting and support. As an executive section, it ensures the implementation of the operational plan and the execution of the financing approved by the Administration Council, framed by the Strategy Plan approved by the shareholders. Its intervention is carried out in compliance with a management model shaped by the ideals for the development of our collaborators and the clients' satisfaction, elements that make up the foundation for the growth of this society and the creation of value for the shareholders and other stakeholders.
