Australpharma framed within good standards of customer care, billing and shipping orders, implemented a label model, which aims mainly to control orders and to satisfied customers who will be have orders delivered by vehicles of Australpharma. This way, we can ensure a highest control and a rigorous checklist of all packages related to billing and also minimize delivery errors. This model, which was implemented in June, helped in the improvement of the preparation of orders for customers of Australpharma. Framed within the general law of trade activities that defines the rules and procedures taken by Health Inspection, Australpharma during the last months was subjected to surveys and inspections by these entities. This visit has determined that Australpharma could do a series of enhancements.
Australpharma started working on all the necessary improvements established by these entities. These improvements are primarily targeted to service quality, harmony of space and the continuous improvement of customer care services. We have implemented a substantial improvement in the billing area. This way we´ve created our "Blue Way " in which, in real time, we immediately charge billed items to customers of Australpharma and at another point we process the billing of large volumes, in a anew quarantine area for billing, as well as a validation area of the goods. We are following the path of error minimization.
